GIS Jump-Start

We can provide customized, in your office GIS “jump-start” training to ramp up skills for GIS users in a short period of time.  This intensive training is ideal for people who need to use GIS to take on new tasks and learn GIS workflows to approach them.  Key differences are that your own organization’s GIS data is used vs. “canned” data for the lessons.  This is a highly customized approach that works very well.

GIS Classroom

If people need to learn ArcGIS at any level, and classroom training is in order, this structured generalized approach works well to introduce basics, as well as gain more advanced skills.  Training classroom interactions between students, instructors, and the structured pace helps students gain the understanding of the theory behind the skills that they are learning, while enabling the open Q&A atmosphere.  Focused topic classes and workshops are available, in addition to basic, intermediate and advanced ArcGIS training.

GIS Mobile and Field Data Collection

Training for working with GIS in the field is often required, especially if this is a new capability for your organization’s field workers – for completing workflows, gathering data, updating data, or gaining an understanding of field surveying – or all of the above.  We can provide customized onsite training for your field crews who will be using mobile GIS and field data gathering using GPS-enabled equipment.
