Gus Nodwell, an IntegraShare Dimensions Director, is working within IntegraShare Dimensions as a leader and consultant. His expertise in business analysis and software design and development is global across industry and government verticals.

Gus has analyzed business requirements, designed and developed systems, and managed development work, and implementation projects over a number of years reporting to ‘C–level’ executives, senior management, and project directors across a variety of situations.
Gus has often worked on activities peripheral to major business objectives. For example, planning , implementing, and participating in compliance programs (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, and 30 CFR 250 Subpart S – SEMS), designing, implementing and operating internal audit programs to ensure adherence to processes, metadata taxonomy development, business object modelling, and personnel training management.
He has worked with and managed groups to ensure the operational considerations of projects or day-to-day business activities are working effectively in support of project goals and operational targets.
Gus is critically aware of the importance of information systems designed to enable business success with an eye to the importance of location in nearly 100% of everything undertaken by people in organizations – for these people to succeed, they must have the right tools that closely reflect the processes that they are deploying and the environment within which they operate.
He has recently been involved with the design of SaaS software technologies to meet challenges across all organizations who are dealing with cybersecurity incident management governance and compliance as well as compliance in other areas related to meeting requirements, then measuring and monitoring within organizations once those standards are met.

Gus has worked with organizations helping them with understanding the intersections of business process and information technology.
He has worked with our clients on our projects and in other projects outside of IntegraShare Dimensions work. He frequently has advised and collaborated with the academic community on innovation in different areas as they develop research projects. He works with students, interns, and is a public sector stakeholder in information systems education within different departments at a local public university. IntegraShare makes it a practice to mentor students, take on interns and hire new grads.
As a volunteer, Gus has served as a Director of Strategy on the Board of Directors of the APSG Education Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports the development of geospatial professionals by supporting programs from early-childhood through university phases of education. He also presently serves on the advisory board for Brookhaven College’s Geospatial Technology Program. As a volunteer, he has led two projects for fundraising for Montgomery County Court Appointed Child Advocates (CASA) in 2013 and 2014.
